Position: Business Development (Ho Chi Minh City / Hanoi)
Position Title: Business Development & Partnerships Executive
Job Purpose:
Drive business development and consulting activities by identifying client needs, building partnerships, and delivering cross-border business solutions between Vietnam, Japan, and global markets, creating new business opportunities and long-term value.
Duties:

Develop new business opportunities and partnerships in Vietnam

Identify client needs and propose practical business solutions

Lead projects from initial concept to execution and deal closing

Coordinate with Japanese and international partners for project development

Support client visits, business meetings, and market entry activities

Conduct market research and provide actionable insights

Contribute to business strategy and service development

Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience in business development, sales, or partnership building
-
Experience in developing and managing relationships with clients and partners
-
Experience in planning and executing business strategies, preferably in cross-border projects
Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Analytical skills to translate market information into actionable strategies

Cross-cultural communication skills (experience with Japanese or international clients is a plus)
Language Requirements:

Required: Vietnamese, English

Preferred: Japanese
Working Conditions:

Location: Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City

Domestic travel: Flexible, depending on business needs (generally once every 1–2 months, lasting about 1 week within Vietnam)

International travel: Occasional trips to Japan or nearby countries depending on business needs
